SCRIPTURE: 1 Samuel 17:37
The LORD who rescued me from the paw of the lion and the paw of the bear will rescue me from the hand of this Philistine.

When The Lord is with you, He will guide you through. Jesus taught us to be wise as serpents and humble as doves. We should learn to thank God for our persecutors because they stir up the God within us. We should be glad for them because they drive us to the word, they drive us to pray. As you look back over your life, you should realize that your persecutors didn’t make you weaker, they made you stronger. The reason we are here today is because Jesus sent us out as sheep among wolves. You are wise as a serpent but humble as a dove. Jesus said go forth and don’t worry about them, they are coming after you, but I’ve given you power to tread upon serpents, I’ve given you power to heal diseases. Because of this power bestowed on us, we are positioned to bless!

Prayer: God heal the broken-hearted and lift us up with great Faith and Joy, enable us to accept it with perfect peace and happiness, now and always. Amen.
